SRS Real Estate Partners is a company built upon a strong foundation with a lasting legacy of ethics, integrity and conducting business with a reputation which precedes us. We were founded by Roger Staubach and Chris Maguire in 1986 as Staubach Retail Services. In January 2009 we evolved into SRS Real Estate Partners. Today the roots of our company and our leadership are stronger than ever, growing more firmly entrenched in the company culture than before.

Proudly we are the largest national retail real estate company in the country. Despite that, we recognize that to have your business, we have to earn it. We will be your first choice, by putting you first.

Our long-standing alliance with Cypress Equities also provides critical insight and a valuable relationship with developers.

Ray Uttenhove, Atlanta
EVP & Managing Principal

Ray Uttenhove joined SRS Real Estate Partners in June, 2005 after a 25 year career in retail with CB Richard Ellis. She leads the Atlanta office and serves on the SRS Board of Directors. She has a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of retail real estate.
